How we do team building at Sun Microsystems China

The Sun China engineering campus had a site wide teambuilding event which was really excellent. The highlight of our trip which included great food and conversations as usual was the dragon dance competition.

I participated in one of the teams, and it is really hard work to do a dragon dance. This is a very athletic activity and we were all sweaty and exhausted at the end of our team’s performance. We have quite a few outstanding amateur photographers among our team and I’ve shared one photo of what it was like there.
